Introducing just one of Pandas new additions, the hybrid with a extra advantage.
First of what is a hybrid ? well its simply a modified version of an original in this case we have taken a thinning shear and a chunker and put them together.
The combination gives you a shear like a chunker, but with slightly tighter positioned teeth ( but not to tight ) where you can style like you would with a scissor.
Then comes the tip of the shear which is 16 teeth these are tighter together like a thinnner allowing you to detail certain areas like corner of the eyes and other places that require blending
